About this project.
Khadra is not a module, it is the company's operating system. It covers the entire aluminium
process end to end, and the commercial and people side around it:
- Sales & CRM — customers, proposals and quotations, approvals, follow-up through to the order.
- Production — the manufacturing process itself: cutting, coating, and the work stages between
them, tracked as the material moves.
- Inventory — raw material and stock control feeding the production plan.
- HR — the workforce side of the operation.
- Accounting — advanced accounting tying quotations, orders, production and sales together.
The workflow is enforced by role, not left to habit: logistics takes the first measurement and
checks material against stock; the site worker captures measurements, site photographs and Google
locations from a mobile app; the architect produces and revises the design; the decision-maker
accepts or rejects customers and projects, signs off the final measurement before execution, and
releases quotations to sales. Nothing moves to the next stage without the previous approval.
