About this project.
A maintenance marketplace for the UAE, and it is unusually well specified. The job starts from the
property: apartment, villa, warehouse, restaurant or a type the customer types in, with number of
rooms and square footage — because the property determines the work.
Then the service:
- Priority — standard, or emergency at +100 AED for a visit within a maximum of two hours.
- SOS trades — electrician, plumber, AC technician and others, for immediate call-out.
- Itemised catalogue — not just "electrical work" but the actual parts, with pictures and prices:
MR16 spotlights, 1-foot LED tubes, power supply, panel boards, outlets, and equivalents across
plumbing, tiles, painting, wood and aluminium. Each item can be added to cart, or sent as an
inquiry, or quoted.
- Photo upload — if the part is not in the catalogue, the customer photographs it and gets a quote.
- Pest control — flies, insects and the rest, as its own service line.
