Project overview
About this project.
Built for a recruitment company, not for job seekers. The agency is the user, and the system runs
its two-sided business:
- CV management — candidate records held and organised: experience, qualifications and history,
kept in a searchable database rather than a mailbox of attachments.
- Hiring requests — companies send in what they need, and the agency works those requests against
its candidate pool.
- Overseas placement — the core of it: hiring for companies outside Lebanon and outside the
region, which is where the agency's value lies and where the paperwork and coordination are
hardest.
The CVs on file in the folder are real candidate records, so the system was working with live data.
